SFA COACHING LEVEL 2
There is an opportunity for those who have completed the SFA level 1 award to complete the Level 2 course on the 18th and 19th Feb from 10-4pm. The course is free of charge; however, they are looking for a commitment that students who complete the course will then volunteer at local boys/girls football clubs for a minimum of 30 hours. This would then allow you to work towards the level 3 award. If you are interested, please speak to Miss Day ASAP as places are allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

Football Results
Well done to the U/15 Football team who beat Newbattle 4-2 last weekend. The Newbattle coach commented on how talented and well behaved these boys were representing Portobello HS so well done! The U/16s came back from being 2-0 down in the league cup to draw 2-2 at the end of the game. They won on penalties and therefore progress to the next round – well done!
